Carriage Houses

A carriage house is an outbuilding which was originally built to house horse-drawn  carriages and associated gear.  Often associated with stately structures, Worcester’s carriage houses frequently are as finely crafted and detailed as the main structure they served.  No longer needed for their original purpose,  carriage houses across the country have found new life.  With an amendment to the city zoning ordinance, they could be re-purposed as charming rental housing units across the city.
