A workshop on a timely topic, window restoration, will be held in May in New Bedford. The design of window sash and muntins, as well as the number and size of the window panes, are all important in giving a historic house an authentic look. With the current push for energy efficiency, learning how to preserve old wood windows can help keep them useful for many more years.
