Worcester: OFF LIMITS: Worcester Hibernian Cultural Centre, March 22, 2017

Preservation Worcester members and donors are invited to join us for our first Worcester: OFF LIMITS event of 2017.

On March 22nd you will be able to explore the Worcester Hibernian Cultural Centre from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.  Afterwards we invite you to continue your evening with us at Fiddler’s Green.

Enter at 19 Temple Street.

With its facade now hidden behind a 1960’s metal screen, it is hard to imagine that this Italianate-style brick mansion was once among Worcester’s grandest houses.  Completed in 1852 for an extravagant Irish-born railroad contractor, John T. Cahill, it was designed by Elbridge Boyden, the architect responsible for Ash Street School and Mechanics Hall.

This is a members and donors only event.  Reservations are required.

Please call 508-754-8760 or email info@preservationworcester.org to reserve.
